Liuna Station will be hosting the inaugural Holiday Season Chocolate Ball on November 20, 2008. This year's event presents a 25-piece big band orchestra along with special guest recording artists and performers including swing dancers, tap, ballroom dancers, and more. A throwback to the glitz and glamour of old Hollywood and New York’s Madison Avenue with music and dance trends of the era will make for a magical night. You can come in period dress and vie for the best dressed adaptation prize. The night will start off with specialized chocolate infused coco d’euvres served at several food stations topped by a chocolate buffet packed with a wide variety of chocolate desserts and Chocolate Stations – a feast for the gods! Also featured is a holiday themed Silent Auction including the BID OR NOT BID auction. Chocolate Ball To Go! At the end of the night, for a small donation, you can stock up with goodies to take home along with your ‘gift bag'. |
